Getting help from a person

When the Help Center does not cover it.

If you are stuck or something looks wrong, open a support ticket and a real person will get back to you.

1. Open Support from the menu.
2. Start a new ticket, pick a category, and describe what is going on.
3. Attach a screenshot if it helps.
4. Replies show up in the same place — the Support icon shows a badge when there is a new one.
