The grid and grid cells
Why your property is divided into A1, B5, and so on.
Your property is divided into a lettered-and-numbered grid (A1, B5, C3…). Cells give everything a common address, so predictions and movement can be talked about precisely.
- Cell label
- The column letter plus row number for one square of your ground, e.g. C5.
- Cell status
- How you are treating that cell — for example deployed (camera on it), analyzed, patterned (you understand the movement there), or eliminated (not worth hunting).
TipWhen you resize your grid, cameras are re-assigned to their new cells automatically.
